OVERVIEW
The STBN Series Heavy Duty Bull Nose Live Center is specifically
designed for machining heavy tubes, pipes, and hollow workpieces
on CNC and conventional lathes as well as precision grinding
machines. The STBN series delivers exceptional precision and
load-bearing performance for demanding industrial applications.
KEY FEATURES
– Designed for machining heavy tubes & pipes
– Preloaded bearings for superior thrust and radial capacity
– Made from alloy steel hardened to 50 – 55 HRC
– High runout accuracy up to 0.005mm
– Truncated nose angles: 60°, 70°, 75°, 80° & 90°
– Available in Morse Taper MT-2 to MT-6
– Maximum workpiece capacity up to 5000kg
– Operating speed up to 4000 RPM
