  • We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

  • In consideration of your use of our website and services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving products and services under the laws of Pakistan or other applicable jurisdiction.

  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • We reserve the right to not process an order that you place on our website. This is usually for the following reasons:
    • We no longer hold stock of the goods or services that you ordered from us.
    • We are unable to ship goods to your location.
    • The goods or services that you have ordered are no longer available.

We may immediately change or terminate your access to our products, services and this website, or any online membership(s) with us, with or without notice, at any time, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate your access if, without limitation, you have: (1) provided us with false or misleading registration information; (2) interfered with other users or the administration of our services or websites; (3) upon a request by law enforcement or other governmental authorities; or (4) otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Severability and Waiver

If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it can’t be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these terms must be made in writing and signed by us.

 

  1. Governing Law

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Karachi, Pakistan (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.  

 

  1. Order Confirmation

“Cash on Delivery” orders are first confirmed via phone before dispatch. If the customer’s phone number or email address is unreachable and no confirmation is received within 4 days, the order will be cancelled and the products restocked.

  1. Returns (Within Pakistan)

NOTE: The Below mentioned terms apply to orders within Pakistan Only.  Scroll below for international orders policies or please visit the page : International orders

Claims for returns must be made within 48 hours of product receipt. Returns must meet our below mentioned ‘product condition’ criteria as well.

 

  1. Defective Products Returns
  • The product is defective.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • We will ship the alternate product to you without any extra product or shipping cost. In case, alternate product is not available, we will refund you the order cost and also pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • Due to differences in screen settings across devices as well as photographic lighting sources, actual colors of the product might not be exactly (slightly vary) compared to how they are visible on your screen. Such differences will not be considered as a ‘Defect’.
  • Any detail specifically mentioned in disclaimers section in the Product Description page, will not be considered as valid reason for return.
  • There are no returns for change of mind, however an exchange is possible.

 

  1. Return Product condition criteria
  • The product(s) must be unused.
  • The product(s) must be in the original packaging that we sent it you in.

 

  1. Procedure for Returns
  • Contact us via Email or WhatsApp +92-330-1399199 to detail the reason for requesting a refund and send us photos of the defect.
  • Upon confirmation of acceptance, place it in the original packaging and courier it to the address provided to you by our staff. Please note that as mentioned above, you will have to bear the return shipping costs. Courier companies’ express centers charges.
  • Upon receipt of product back at our warehouse and due inspection and approval, payment will be transferred online to your bank account.

 

  1. Exchange (Within Pakistan)

NOTE: The Below mentioned terms apply to orders within Pakistan Only. For international orders policies, please visit the page : International orders

Claims for exchange must be made within 24 hours of product receipt. Reason for exchange can simply be that you did not like the product or had a change of mind and would like to swap it with other items in our inventory. Exchange must meet our below mentioned criteria:

  • The product(s) must be unused.
  • The product(s) must be in the original packaging that we sent you.
  1. Additional Terms and Conditions
  • You will get store credit for the price of the product and not the shipping cost.
  • In case free shipping was offered, original shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit amount.
  • You will also have to bear the cost of return shipping to our warehouse and charges for re-shipping exchange product.
  1. Procedure for Exchange requests
  • Contact us via Email or WhatsApp and detail the reason for requesting an exchange.
  • Upon confirmation of acceptance, place it in the original packaging and courier it to the address provided to you by our staff. Please note that as mentioned above, you will have to bear the return shipping costs. Courier companies’ express center charges.
  • Upon receipt of product back at our warehouse and due inspection, you will be able to choose other products.

  1. Consumer dispute

We make an utmost effort in compensating our customers. We will be there to answer your queries after the product has been dispatched and we gladly take returns (within the time frame mentioned in our T&Cs).

However, in case a dispute cannot be resolved, arbitration can only be launched within the jurisdiction of Karachi, Pakistan where the order (acceptance of offer) was received.

  1. International Orders Currency

For International orders, please choose and pay in your own currency.  Orders paid in PKR won’t be acceptable and will be refunded.  You will be charged the exact amount being shown in your currency. No additional extra charges will be deducted.

In case, your country’s currency is not in the list, then you can pay in any currency including PKR.

All orders are dispatched through couriers and tracking link is provided. Proof of delivery is also obtained by courier.

  1. Customs Duty

Though there is usually no customs duty for small packages, however we still clarify to our international customers that in case, any duty is applied by customs in their country, it will be payable by them. For UAE and Canada, duty is applied to all packages, payable at customer’s end.

  1. Remote Area Surcharge

For international orders- towns and cities that are classified as remote areas by DHL and other shipping companies, a remote area surcharge will be applicable. The shipping charges displayed on checkout are for regular delivery areas and do not include remote areas surcharges. In case, such an order is received in our system, we ask the customer for payment of the additional amount of the surcharge. In case, customer does not agree to pay that, order payment received via card will be refunded.

If your shipping address is of a far away locality from main regional centers, please contact us prior to placing the order. We can check in the system and guide if it is classified as ‘Remote area’ and we can give you an estimate of applicable shipping charges.

  1. Payment Methods

International payments can be made using Visa and Master card when checking out on our website. You will be redirected to our payment processing partner company’s website, where your payment will be securely processed and you will be redirected back to our site.

  1. Returns & Refunds- International

We take the utmost care in rechecking quality of products being delivered to international customers. In case of defective or wrong products delivered, we will issue a refund. The originally shipped product will Not have to be shipped back to us. In case, order had multiple items and one item is defective, the item price will be refunded. And if any additional shipping charges were charged for weight of that item, that will be refunded too. i.e. if weight of that item caused additional shipping charges to be applied in the order, that will be refunded too.

Once we have refunded, you will get an intimation from the card processing company that the refund process has been initiated. It can take 1 to 7 days for the refund to show in your account. That is the time frame mentioned by card processing company.

Claims for defective items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package. Compensations are possible in the following scenarios only and must meet our below mentioned terms.

  1. Acceptable Reasons for Refund
  • The product is defective.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  1. Reasons not Acceptable

Due to differences in screen settings across devices as well as photographic lighting sources, actual colors of the product might not be exactly (slightly vary) compared to how they are visible on your screen. Such differences will not be considered as valid reason for return/refund.

Each product description has disclaimers mentioned. Kindly read those while ordering the product. Any reason that falls within the product specific description, will also not be considered for compensation.

  1. Exchange

Due to costs of shipping involved, exchange is not feasible for international shipments.
